  1. Technical Specifications and Condition of the Product
    All products sold through this website are used and sold "as is," without any guarantee of conformity to the manufacturer's warranty conditions. The Seller guarantees that the technical specifications of the product are accurate at the time of sale. The technical condition and all components are in working order but have some degree of wear due to previous use.
  2. Returns due to Misleading Description
    If the product description contains incorrect technical specifications, such as lifting height, load capacity, or other important parameters that significantly affect the use of the equipment, we are ready to accept the return of the product and refund the money if the customer finds that these discrepancies seriously affect the product's ability to be used for its intended purpose.
  3. Not Grounds for Return
    Returns are not possible due to minor defects in appearance, such as scratches, abrasions, color changes, or other damage, which are normal signs of wear for used products. All defects related to normal wear and tear were taken into account when preparing the product's specification.
  4. Hidden Defects
    If hidden defects are discovered that were not apparent during the product inspection, the Seller is willing to consider partial compensation for repair costs if the defect seriously affects the functionality of the equipment. In such cases, we can assist in organizing repairs or compensate a portion of the repair costs.
  5. Returns After Resale of the Product
    If the product does not meet the buyer's requirements and cannot be returned, we are willing to help with its further resale. In case of selling the product to a third party, the Seller will return the amount received from the resale to the Buyer, after deducting the costs of storage and sale.
  6. Agreement to Terms
    By purchasing the product, the Buyer acknowledges the technical specifications, wear, and condition of the product and confirms that they have no claims against the Seller regarding the description and condition of the product, provided these match the specifications.
